Anand Sahu is an Advocate and enrolled with the Bar Council of Karnataka. He has begun independent practice after a decade of experience of having been associated with leading law firms, multinational companies and NBFCs. His experience ranges from tax advisory, employment laws, real estate advisory and assisting clients in litigation across different forums.

Presently, he has been independently representing reputed corporates and HNIs for diverse legal services. His expertise lies in carrying out due diligence for real estate projects, advise on title flow, assistance in transaction advisory services and preparation of transaction and security related documents.In addition, He is a registered Trademark Attorney from Govt. of India and has been advising clients in the entire gamut of trademark law.

Mr. Sahu assists clients in all kinds of contract drafting and execution, He frequently drafts various kinds of contracts for clients coming from different segments of the industry and in-turns assists clients in negotiations and deal structuring.

On the litigation front, he represents clients before various judicial forums on the civil and criminal side on matters related to corporate disputes and also represents clients before National Company Law Tribunal.
